1. Personal Pronouns (Subject & Object) Who does the action?
Subject pronouns perform the action in a sentence, while object pronouns receive the action.

2. Possessive Pronouns & Adjectives Ownership
Possessive adjectives come before nouns, while possessive pronouns stand alone to show ownership.

Always followed by a noun (my, your, his, her, its, our, their).

Possessive Pronouns
Used independently without a following noun (mine, yours, his, hers, ours, theirs).

3. Reflexive Pronouns Self / Selves
Used when the subject and the object of the sentence are the exact same person or thing.

He looked at himself in the mirror.

4. Demonstrative Pronouns
Pointing OutUsed to point to specific objects or people (this, that, these, those).
• This is my house. (near, singular)

5. Relative Pronouns
Connecting ClausesUsed to connect a clause or phrase to a noun or pronoun (who, whom, whose, which, that).
• The man who called you is my boss.
