Superlative Adjectives

Lesson 5: Superlative Adjectives.

1. Overview
Learn how to describe the extreme upper or lower limit of a quality among three or more items using superlative adjectives preceded by "the".

2. Short Adjectives
Use "the" + adjective + "-est":
- Fast -> The fastest (e.g., Cheetahs are the fastest animals).
- Tall -> The tallest

3. Long Adjectives
Use "the most" before the adjective:
- Expensive -> The most expensive
- Difficult -> The most difficult

4. Irregular Superlatives
- Good -> The best
- Bad -> The worst
