Present Perfect with Just, Already, and Yet
Lesson 4: Present Perfect with Just, Already, and Yet.
1. Overview
Refine your use of the Present Perfect tense by adding time adverbs that describe recent events and expectations.
2. Adverb Usage
- Just: Used for actions that happened very recently (e.g., I have just finished my code).
- Already: Used for actions that happened sooner than expected (e.g., She has already eaten dinner).
- Yet: Used in negative sentences and questions to mean "not until now" (e.g., Have you fixed the bug yet? I haven't finished yet).
3. Placement in Sentence
- "Just" and "already" go between "have/has" and the past participle.
- "Yet" always goes at the very end of the sentence.

Insert "just", "already", or "yet" into the correct position:
