First Conditional for Real Possibilities

Lesson 6: First Conditional (Real Possibilities).

1. Overview
Learn how to talk about realistic conditions and their likely consequences in the future using the First Conditional.

2. Structure
If + [Present Simple clause], [will + base verb clause]
- If you study hard, you will pass the exam.
- If it rains, we will stay inside.

3. Alternative Word Order
You can reverse the clauses without changing the meaning (no comma needed when "if" is in the middle):
- You will pass the exam if you study hard.

4. Examples & Sentences
- If I finish this code tonight, I will deploy it.
- What will you do if the server crashes?
