1. Overview
In this lesson, you will learn essential everyday vocabulary: counting numbers, the days of the week, and the months of the year. This information is indispensable for scheduling, daily communication, and basic interactions.

2. Numbers (1 to 20)
Counting is one of the very first practical skills you need in any language. Here are the numbers from 1 to 20:
- 1 - One
- 2 - Two
- 3 - Three
- 4 - Four
- 5 - Five
- 6 - Six
- 7 - Seven
- 8 - Eight
- 9 - Nine
- 10 - Ten
- 11 - Eleven
- 12 - Twelve
- 13 - Thirteen

3. Days of the Week
The week begins on Monday and consists of 7 days. Notice that days of the week always start with a capital letter in English:

4. Months of the Year
There are 12 months in a standard calendar year. Like days, months also always begin with a capital letter:
